Artifex Press will partner with Pace Gallery to participate in New York Archives Week, an annual celebration aimed at informing the general public of the diverse array of archival materials available in the New York metropolitan region.

Ashley Levine, Archivist/Digital Resource Manager at Artifex Press, will present on how Pace Gallery's rich archival resources have informed and contributed to Artifex Press's digital catalogue raisonnés for Agnes Martin and Chuck Close. After the presentation, guests will be invited to view a tabletop display of materials that document Pace’s various locations throughout the years. Guests will also have a chance to view clips of Agnes Martin’s 1976 film Gabriel.

This event will take place in Pace Gallery’s new research library on the ground floor at 540 West 25th Street, New York.

This event is limited to 25 seats. Please RSVP here.

New York Archives Week, now in its 26th year, is organized by The Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York, Inc. (A.R.T.), along with hundreds of organizations in the archives community across New York State.
